Requirements
Must:
- Previous DevOps experience
- Demonstrable experience in Backend technologies, including SQL Server, MySQL & API Development
- Experience with 3rd Party API Integrations & complex server-side logic
- Proficiency in NodeJS frameworks including ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS
- Commercial experience in Frontend Web development technologies, including HTML, CSS & JavaScript/Typescript
- Familiarity with Git or related technologies
- Ideally TDD or BDD development experience
- Understanding of DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Strong inter-personal skills
Responsibilities
- Scope, develop, and implement new systems
- Develop new features on existing web and desktop applications
- Collaborate on individual and team related projects
- Integrate 3rd Party APIs and manage complex server-side logic
- Participate in training and development during the initial phase
- Contribute to Agile methodology practices within the team
Description
We are a leading logistical organization, expanding our DevOps team to enhance our systems and applications. We offer a competitive salary between £40,000 and £45,000, along with excellent benefits and career development prospects. You will primarily work from our Hatfield office for training and development, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
