Responsibilities
- Provide first line support to clients via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Assist with the administration of Microsoft 365 and other technologies
- Maintain and update documentation related to support processes
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels as necessary
