- Proficiency in Sparx Enterprise Architect and strong business process modelling expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple departments.
- Current SC Clearance and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business process and capability modelling to support transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and optimise business architecture.
- Develop and maintain Sparx EA models to visualise current and target state architectures.
- Ensure alignment between business processes, systems, and strategy across time-sensitive programmes.
Description
We are excited to be working with an innovative Technical Consultancy and are seeking two experienced Business Architects to join a large-scale, confidential defence transformation project in Andover. These contract positions offer an exciting opportunity to work on time-critical, enterprise-level business modelling within a secure environment. A strong defence background is essential, with a preference for candidates who have served in or worked closely with the Army, due to the need for familiarity with current systems and operational frameworks.
