Must:
We are seeking a candidate with strong HR systems knowledge. Ideally, you should have experience as an HR Business Analyst, preferably with a background in Learning & Development. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with experience in HR or payroll systems. A passion for helping others gain confidence with technology will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and deliver training sessions on HR systems (including iTrent) for staff across the organization. You will create user guides, process documentation, and training materials. As the first point of contact for HR system queries, you will provide technical support and guidance. You'll support system upgrades, implementations, and new process rollouts with tailored training. It will be important to work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify training needs and address knowledge gaps. Ensuring user compliance with processes and promoting best practices will be part of your responsibilities as well. Additionally, you will contribute to HR projects, supporting system improvements and embedding change.
Description
We are a Pharmaceutical & healthcare company based in Warwick offering a hybrid role (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). The salary for this position is £35,000 per annum, with hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. You will receive 35 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) as part of an 11-month fixed-term contract. Some flexibility in your schedule will be required, as training outside of normal office hours may be necessary occasionally.
