Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years in ERP programmes, business analysis, or digital transformation within a manufacturing environment, ideally using Infor LN
- Strong understanding of the ERP lifecycle and data architecture
- Knowledge of Infor LN (versions 7/10) is advantageous, but experts in other major ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) with strong Partner Selection and Process Realignment experience are also welcomed
- Basic understanding of data management, naming conventions, and data quality
- Strong stakeholder facilitation skills; ability to work closely with both IT and operational department heads
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current As-Is processes and assess data readiness
- Lead the selection process (RFP) for the implementation partner
- Act as an impartial advisor to favor default Infor behavior over heavy customisations
- Assess data integration and alignment with our European subsidiaries
- Document As-Is processes and identify manual workarounds or inefficiencies
- Establish principles for master data harmonisation (Items, Customers, Suppliers) across the group
- Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation and manage vendor presentations
- Advise the Steering Committee on the best implementation partner
- Compare Cloud vs. On-Premise options for our various sites
Description
We are a specialist company looking for an experienced ERP Analyst to assist in the upgrade of our Infor LN ERP system. This contract role, anticipated to last 6-9 months, offers an immediate start. Our working hours are 07.00 to 16.30 Monday to Wednesday, 07.00 to 16.00 Thursday, with every Friday off. We pride ourselves in delivering excellence as we work closely to streamline our processes and enhance data management.
