Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years working as part of an MSP or small team within an individual company
- Highly experienced in project delivery and troubleshooting
- Excellent Office365 product knowledge and administration skills
- Comfortable with O365 licensing, handling new requests and larger renewals
- Strong experience in O365 security
- Strong experience in migrating clients to new O365 tenants and existing tenant to tenant migrations
- Experience in advising clients on how to use and adopt SharePoint
- Ability to configure basic SharePoint sites for clients
- Experience in Microsoft Teams administration including Teams Phone
- Some experience of Power BI, Power Automate, Fabric
- Strong, effective communicator with both customers and colleagues
- Willing to be on call for up to one weekend in six
- Full driving license required
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service calls and problem resolution via the help desk support system, either in-house or onsite
- Deliver agreed IT projects as required, specifically related to Office 365
- Work with the MD of the business on the technical specification for client project proposals to provide tailored service solutions
