Requirements

- Comfortable operating in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage performance issues diplomatically.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts across both automated and manual testing environments.
- Work within a platform engineering environment.
- Manage a small QA team across multiple locations.
- Build out the QA function from scratch.
- Collaborate with the wider tech and product teams to enhance quality across the board.
Description
We are a well-known Fintech organization that has pivoted to providing data and intelligence solutions for hedge funds and asset managers. Recently, we secured a significant cash injection and are in the process of building out a brand-new data science team. We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to support a key initiative, helping to manage an existing team member while establishing better testing standards. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site, and we aim for the candidate to start as soon as possible. Familiarity with our tech stack, including PHP and Node.js, is beneficial, but coding skills are not necessary.
