Requirements
Must:
- 5-15 years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in front office finance, fintech, high-frequency trading, or technology-driven startups.
- Expert-level Python skills, including designing, debugging, and optimizing complex applications.
- Very strong data capabilities with Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and experience in real-time data processing and ETL.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Linux, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is desirable).
- Proven ability as a live problem-solver, comfortable working under time pressure and making reasoned decisions in fast-moving situations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate between technical and business discussions.
- A team-oriented mindset that values candor, respect, and diversity of thought.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain resilient treasury systems for trading, liquidity management, and funding operations using Python as the core language.
- Engage directly with traders and treasury stakeholders during live market situations, rapidly understanding requirements and delivering solutions on the fly.
- Design, manage, and optimize data pipelines for real-time and historical treasury data, focusing on accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Contribute to the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of systems while working with operations teams to ensure uptime and quick incident response.
