Requirements
Must:
- Strong Golang engineering experience in production environments
- Background in cyber security, product security, or offensive security
- Hands-on experience finding, exploiting, and fixing vulnerabilities
- Builders mindset with confidence in coding and hacking
- Experience working in modern, product-driven engineering teams (e.g., big tech, high-growth tech companies)
- Nice to have: experience with GenAI / LLM-based systems
- Nice to have: cloud-native and Kubernetes security exposure
- Nice to have: security tooling, automation, or red team experience
- Nice to have: banking or financial services experience (not required)
Responsibilities
- Actively attack and stress-test GenAI applications and platforms to identify vulnerabilities
- Build and secure production-grade GenAI systems, primarily using Golang
- Identify and mitigate LLM-specific risks, including prompt injection, misuse, and emerging AI threat vectors
- Develop security tooling, automation, and guardrails that integrate directly into engineering workflows
- Partner closely with engineers to embed security without slowing delivery
- Lead by example through coding, pairing, and setting high engineering standards
