Must:
We are looking for a candidate with advanced proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices. You should have experience architecting solutions using major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Familiarity with technologies like Databricks, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, GitHub CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code is essential. A strong background across various areas, including Cloud Engineering, Data Platform Architecture, DevOps, and MLOps/LLMOps, is also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and build enterprise-grade AI and data platforms tailored to a broad range of use cases. You will lead platform architecture work that spans cloud, data, DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps domains. Additionally, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, focusing on performance and maintainability. Collaboration with consulting and engineering teams will be key to guiding best practices and driving innovation using tools such as Terraform, MLflow, AzureML, and LangSmith.

This position is with a global leader in strategy and innovation, where we seek a Senior AI Software Engineer / Platform Architect to join our advanced data and AI engineering division in London. You will be part of a world-class team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that address complex, high-impact business challenges across multiple sectors. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deploy state-of-the-art AI platforms within large-scale digital transformation programs. You will work end-to-end across the analytics lifecycle, from designing scalable data and AI infrastructure to collaborating directly with stakeholders on product evolution. Our work environment is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office or client site three days a week, with flexibility for travel. We offer a highly competitive and flexible remuneration package starting from approximately £80,000, depending on experience.
