Responsibilities
- You will lead a cross-functional squad to build next-generation payment solutions.
- Drive the migration from .NET Framework to a microservices architecture.
- Shape the technical strategy of our platform while maintaining hands-on involvement.
- Collaborate directly with key marketplace customers to understand their needs and improve our offerings.

We are a rapidly scaling FinTech company, having raised $100M in Series C funding, and we are excited to have you join us in architecting the future of global insurance payments. By transforming how insurance claims are paid globally and enabling payments in just 45 seconds across 200 countries, you'll play a critical role in our mission. You'll work with major players like Lloyd's of London to modernize our cloud-native platform while leading and mentoring a team of talented engineers. Our tech stack includes .NET Core, C#, Azure, TypeScript, React, and Event-Driven Architecture. We are based in Central London, but we also offer fully remote options. The package includes a salary of up to £120k and comprehensive benefits, such as private healthcare, therapy support, and enhanced parental leave.
