Head of Systems and Architecture

In this senior leadership position, you will operate at the intersection of technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for defining and governing the architectural vision, overseeing current-state systems, and enabling a scalable, secure, and future-ready technology environment. As the Head of Systems and Architecture, you will lead a small team focused on both operational systems and architecture governance, while playing a pivotal role in cross-functional planning, delivery assurance, and enterprise-wide technology alignment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and owning the enterprise architecture vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and future scalability. - Serving as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps. - Partnering with executive and functional leaders to understand business objectives and ensure technology investments deliver measurable outcomes. - Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, influencing priorities and enabling innovation. - Governing architecture across application, data, infrastructure, integration, and security domains. - Leading architectural oversight, including design reviews and solution assurance across key initiatives. - Ensuring compliance with architecture principles, security policies, and regulatory frameworks. - Overseeing vendor relationships to ensure alignment with technology strategy and value delivery.
