Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies

- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading discussions on complex issues

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Experience working within structured project governance frameworks (e.g., PMO)
- Degree level education or equivalent relevant experience

Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Issue Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Warwickshire. This is a senior engineering role focused on overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues across complex systems, ensuring smooth operational processes and high-quality delivery. The position is hybrid, requiring two days onsite per week in Gaydon, and offers a competitive day rate for a duration of 6 months with possible extensions.
