Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership and delivery focus in dynamic environments. You should have expertise in Data Governance and Agile delivery, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with tools such as Teams Chat, WhatsApp for Business, Bloomberg, BT Turrets, Cloud 9, and Mobile Voice is essential. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements for communication surveillance is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for our surveillance platforms, including TeleMessage and Global Relay. You will define and prioritize deliverables in alignment with business and stakeholder needs, lead Agile delivery including backlog management and sprint planning, and design and maintain Communication Surveillance controls. Additionally, you will oversee routine testing to ensure accurate communication capture, govern and monitor business communication channels, and act as the day-to-day liaison between Compliance and Technology teams, managing issues, risks, and vendor support.
