Requirements
Must:
- Excellent C++ programming ability, using modern versions (20) in a latency-critical environment hosted on Linux
- Prior smart order routing/market connectivity experience essential, preferably at a top investment bank, prop trader, or hedge fund
- Current experience working on multithreaded, distributed systems
- Masters degree in a relevant field (nice to have)
- Python scripting experience (nice to have)
- Familiarity with FIX (nice to have)
- Experience with exchange trading gateways or market data feed handlers (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance market access systems for all spectrums of the trading business
- Design, develop, validate, deploy, and provide production support for trading gateways and market data handlers
- Collaborate with the global Market Connectivity team
- Ensure system performance in a latency-critical environment
