We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer with extensive hands-on experience with Large Language Models (such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and prompt optimization techniques. You should have a proven track record of integrating LLMs into business processes using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies. Advanced programming skills in Python or JavaScript for rapid prototyping and system integration are essential. Familiarity with workflow automation solutions (UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, n8n) and API development is required. Practical knowledge of vector databases and embedding technologies for RAG system implementation is expected. Additionally, we value outstanding interpersonal skills that enable you to convert business challenges into effective technical AI strategies. Your background should include experience in agile methodologies or dynamic project environments.
Responsibilities
In the role of AI Solutions Engineer, you will partner with business teams to analyze needs and discover opportunities for AI and automation enhancements. You will architect, develop, and refine prompts for Large Language Models to ensure dependable and consistent results. Creating and implementing intelligent workflow systems that integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and automation ecosystems will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to connect organizational knowledge with LLMs, rapidly prototype, and refine AI applications, showcasing tangible business benefits. Furthermore, you will provide guidance on ethical AI implementation, covering governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation, while continuously monitoring and evaluating emerging AI technologies, tools, and sector trends.
Description
This is a permanent position based in London, requiring 5 days of onsite work each week. The salary range for this role is £85k - £95k. We encourage applicants to only apply if they are comfortable and willing to work in the office 5 days per week.
