Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on stakeholder feedback
- Run sprints and collaborate with engineers to remove blockers
- Turn complex workflows into clear, impactful user journeys
- Engage with customers to gather insights and translate them into actionable priorities
- Make trade-offs on product features and focus the team on essential tasks
- Monitor product performance and user satisfaction to refine the search system
- Drive initiatives that improve search efficiency and reduce operational delays
