Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have an industry certification such as CompTIA A, Network, Security, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or equivalent work experience. A solid understanding of IT principles, networking, and computer hardware/software is essential. Proficiency in operating systems, network protocols, and system administration, along with knowledge of information security best practices, is also required. We expect you to have experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and paying keen attention to detail. It is important that you can work independently, manage priorities effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are key. Also, we value a continuous learning mindset and a willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

As an ICT Systems Support professional in our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our technology infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted productivity. - Conducting regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to optimize performance and security of our IT infrastructure. - Assisting in the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network devices to ensure network connectivity and data integrity. - Collaborating with team members to deploy, configure, and maintain software applications, ensuring compatibility and usability across different platforms. - Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of information security policies and procedures, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks. - Maintaining accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations, along with providing regular reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions. - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users, to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and contribute to technology-related projects.
