We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Full Stack Software Developer. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate advanced computational concepts to those unfamiliar with the process. A strong attention to detail and high technical competence are essential, as is an initiative-driven and proactive working methodology. You should be confident in interrogating briefs and questioning approaches rather than following them blindly. A degree (minimum) in maths, science, engineering, or computational design with coding experience is required. We value personal attributes such as a keen willingness to learn, a strong sense of ownership, and a desire for technical excellence. Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and C#, a knowledge of relational databases, and an interest in Architectural Design are advantageous.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will help develop bespoke, code-based tools and solutions to support our engineering teams and project delivery. Your responsibilities also include developing business intelligence visualizations on the financial health of our practice and its projects, maintaining existing and new internally developed tools, managing staged deployments of applications, and ensuring tools undergo adequate testing. Additionally, you will provide training, instruction, and support to others using in-house tools, and engage with engineers and consultants to enhance the use of software development in fulfilling engineering project requirements efficiently.
