Requirements
Must:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, ideally with exposure to marketing communications and enablement.
- Strong communication skills and empathy for salespeople.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem solver with a "can-do" attitude.
- Comfortable training others and engaging with remote/global teams.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and CoPilot.
- Experience with Seismic or other enablement platforms, Oracle Sales Cloud or other CRM systems, Eloqua or other marketing automation tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud for video editing is essential.
- Familiarity with Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and engagement by creating communication plans, conducting training/webinars, and ensuring regional teams remain engaged with Seismic and other platforms.
- Build digital sales rooms, toolkits, sales collateral, proposal templates, and engaging videos or gifs for content creation.
- Manage Seismic's Proposal Factory setup, including templates, translations, and continuous improvements.
- Onboard and train content owners, conduct refresher sessions, and deliver enablement sessions as part of our sales training efforts.
- Produce dashboards and reports for leadership and enhance reporting processes using Power BI.
- Oversee governance by managing users, content, licenses, and the overall upkeep of the system.
- Provide backup support for our intranet and website systems when necessary.
