Must:
I am looking for candidates with experience in administering Primavera P6 EPPM and/or ProjectWise in a technical capacity. You should have an advanced understanding of project controls and document control principles, including WBS, CPM, metadata configuration, and workflows. Experience with managing databases such as Oracle or SQL Server, as well as integrations using APIs and PowerShell, is essential. I also prefer candidates who have proficiency with ProjectWise infrastructure, environments, workflows, and Deliverables Management tools. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Service Desk ticketing systems is important. Strong documentation and communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to train diverse user communities. Candidates should be eligible to qualify for UK secret clearance.
Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will administer and configure Primavera P6 EPPM, managing environments, global data, layouts, roles, and security. You will support Primavera integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and middleware and create and maintain activity codes, filters, templates, and dashboards. Troubleshooting data sync, baseline, and performance issues will be key responsibilities, as will ensuring compliance with corporate IT policy, patching, and change control. You will also author and maintain user documentation and process guides.
In relation to ProjectWise, you will provide end-to-end support for CMS and OSR ProjectWise systems, setting up new projects using BMS/ISO templates while ensuring high standards for data and metadata integrity. You will administer ProjectWise CONNECT Services and install, configure, and maintain ProjectWise Explorer, Rendition profiles, WRE workflows, attribute exchanges, and saved searches. Troubleshooting infrastructure, configuration, and user access issues across a distributed ProjectWise environment will also be part of your role, along with collaborating with design teams to create system solutions that meet delivery needs.
Description
I would like to see candidates with preferred qualifications such as experience with Primavera/ProjectWise integration or workflow alignment, and a background supporting cybersecurity-sensitive environments. Knowledge of Bentley Cloud-hosted platforms and familiarity with SAML, LDAP, or Active Directory for authentication will be advantageous. Certifications in Oracle Primavera or Bentley ProjectWise would be a plus. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong soft skills, being an analytical thinker and strategic collaborator. You should be self-motivated and adaptable in evolving environments, skilled at building cross-functional relationships between business, engineering, and IT stakeholders. Effective communication skills are crucial, as you will be responsible for training users and managing system vendors.
