Endpoint Management and Deployment Specialist

- I will manage and support the enterprise Windows desktop environment across the organization. - I will develop, maintain, and optimize endpoint configuration management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent). - I will create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline deployment, configuration, and patching processes. - I will oversee the deployment of operating systems, security patches, and applications to ensure compliance and minimize downtime. - I will implement and enforce endpoint security standards, policies, and configurations. - I will troubleshoot endpoint-related issues and provide 3rd line escalation support. - I will collaborate with IT teams to improve end-user experience and ensure business continuity. - I will document processes, configurations, and deployment workflows for operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
