IT Support

- I will need you to be the first point of contact for all helpdesk support issues raised by stakeholders within the business, with a headcount capacity of over 110. - You will help resolve general IT issues, including those related to PCs, laptops, printers, and Office 365 queries. - You should escalate issues based on their urgency and difficulty and support external engineers, including suppliers. - I expect you to administer user accounts, set up new equipment, and follow internal processes to support new starters and leavers, including access cards and clock-in/out machines. - You will build and coordinate ticket processes using tools such as mailbox, MS Teams, Azure, etc. - Answering calls and emails related to IT issues, including credentials, and performing troubleshooting will be part of your duties. - I need you to familiarize yourself with our system setup, including onboarding for CRM such as Salesforce. - Monitoring systems and networks will be essential. - You will liaise with third-party and telecom suppliers. - Leading IT office build activities, including PC setups and cable management, will be a key responsibility, working closely with operations to ensure all requirements are captured. - Logging and escalating security incidents while ensuring they are addressed according to company policies is vital. - You will support the deployment of new software, patches, and system updates. - Tracking and managing IT assets, including hardware and software licenses, will be expected. - Assisting in enforcing IT security policies, including user access controls, password resets, and basic cybersecurity awareness is crucial. - You should maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in our internal knowledge base.
