Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking candidates with at least 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in Python and web frameworks.
- A strong understanding of front-end technologies such as Vue.js, CSS, and HTML is essential.
- Candidates should have proven experience with databases and SQL, along with a solid grasp of data analysis and mathematics.
- Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform is required.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and serverless architectures is mandatory.
- I look for candidates with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, along with a talent for mentoring team members, are crucial.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to lead the design and development of complex applications using Core Python and web frameworks like Flask.
- You will implement best practices in software development, including exception handling, data structures, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Collaborating with front-end developers using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to create seamless user interfaces will be part of your role.
- You will develop and optimize SQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Utilizing AWS Core services and Terraform for cloud infrastructure management and deployment will be key responsibilities.
- I need you to design and implement serverless architectures and manage Docker containers.
- Overseeing the integration of various components and troubleshooting/debugging applications to ensure smooth operation will be essential.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers in coding standards, version control using GitHub, and code tracking will also be part of your duties.
- Engaging in data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making and enhance application performance will be expected.
- You will develop applications using event-driven programming paradigms and adhere to design patterns like Model View Template (MVT) and Model View Controller (MVC).
- Ensuring security and compliance through PKI and OIDC with OAuth 2.0 implementation is crucial.
- Automation will be a focus area, including using Unit Testing and API Testing.

- I value candidates with Agile experience and a strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement. - Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools is important. - Candidates should be able to identify problems, develop problem statements, research new technologies, and propose proof of concepts relevant to existing and new business needs. - The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from both business and technical staff is necessary. - Lastly, I am looking for candidates who can adjust to rapidly changing requirements and timelines. - Preferred skills include experience with Object Relational Mappers (ORMs), server-side templating languages, advanced knowledge of AWS services, and architecture best practices, as well as familiarity with design patterns and software architecture principles.
