- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Experience in conducting code reviews
- Familiarity with incident management processes
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 L3 support, including on-call duties
- Analyze, design, and implement robust solutions for complex issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate risks and impacts to stakeholders effectively
- Ensure the security and integrity of technical solutions
- Manage incidents, identify root causes, and implement resolutions
- Develop and maintain improvement actions and problem management processes
