- Work to achieve agreed activity levels with the intention of continuously reducing work in progress throughout the year
- Take responsibility for issuing interim fees during the claim lifecycle as highlighted centrally
- Ensure full completion of all prepared site note templates and associated documentation within set service level agreements (SLAs)
- Assist in maintaining accurate management information by completing spreadsheets as necessary
- Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate within set SLAs
- Work to ensure correct policy interpretation and validation
- Ensure files are up to audit standards at all times
- Take responsibility for following agreed/documented procedures when dealing with problems and complaints
- Build good working relationships with clients and staff, both internal and external
