Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a QA Tester with a proven track record in quality assurance. Essential qualifications include:
- Experience testing on the Salesforce platform, including environment setup and configuration.
- Strong understanding of agile development practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA for product management and tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- ISTQB or CTSE certification.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Provar).
- Understanding or experience within the homelessness or supported housing sector.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
Responsibilities
As a QA Tester, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing functional and business requirement specifications.
- Identifying testing requirements and creating, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases.
- Participating in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and three amigos sessions.
- Investigating, reproducing, and documenting complex bugs in collaboration with the Support Team.
- Testing bug fixes and confirming resolutions before deployment.
- Developing and maintaining automation test scripts.
- Managing issue tracking for bugs and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with product and technical teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Supporting configuration and setup of Salesforce test environments, including permission sets, page layouts, validation rules, and flows.
- Contributing to other testing projects as needed and managing your workload to meet agreed deadlines.
Description
This is an exciting permanent, full-time position offering a salary between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum. You will be part of a dedicated and collaborative technical team in a hybrid work environment, with some occasional travel required within the UK.
