Requirements
Must:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Experience with complex datasets
- Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting tools
- Experience in a data-focused role in Hedge Funds, Asset Management, or Investment Banking (1-2 years preferred)
- Graduates from 2024/2025 with strong technical skills considered
- Non-graduates with technical skills and interest in Hedge Fund operations welcome
- Knowledge of Python or SQL is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a start-up environment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Automate and streamline data processes using advanced Excel and Power BI
- Produce reporting and dashboards for various stakeholders including Fund Managers and the COO
- Handle multiple, interconnected spreadsheets used across the business
- Improve data accuracy and reduce manual updates
- Collaborate with teams in London and New York on complex datasets
- Develop internal management information (MI) reports
- Assist in client pitch materials and performance data reporting
