In this Lead Software Engineer role, I will enjoy technically leading and mentoring Software Engineers who utilize C++ and Python on Linux. My experience will enable me to pass on knowledge to nurture and develop future engineers. I thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and seamlessly adapt to changing priorities. I aim to not only bring technical expertise and architectural vision but also excel in collaboration and stakeholder engagement. With exceptional interpersonal skills, I'll work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. My goal is to inspire, influence, and drive alignment while fostering a positive and innovative team culture.

They are offering a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in their offices and 2 days from home, along with flexible start and finish times.
