Requirements
Must:
- SME-level experience working within a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) or equivalent security engineering experience with a commitment to achieve this certification.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Bicep for Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation and operational tasks.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
- Solid experience with SOAP and REST APIs including design, development, and secure management.
- Experience with GitHub version control, including branching strategies and code review practices.
- Experience in designing virtualised infrastructure environments including compute, virtualisation, storage, and security.
- Experience with security vulnerability management and remediation.
Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements with external consultancy teams and clients.
- Provide standard Azure Cloud support for clients.
- Act as a technical escalation point for internal service desks.
- Leverage Azure DevOps and GitHub for pipeline management.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Bicep.
- Automate operational tasks with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Design and implement integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
- Develop and manage APIs, ensuring security in design and implementation.
- Maintain best practices in version control using GitHub.
- Design and manage virtualised infrastructure environments.
