Requirements
Must:
- I have experience working in sizeable and complex digital transformations in large global organizations that resulted in high adoption of new tools.
- I possess experience with S/4HANA transformation.
- I have demonstrable experience with Source to Pay processes, focusing on Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, and Credit Memos, along with knowledge of new functionalities in these areas in S/4HANA.
- I have proven experience gathering and analyzing S2P business requirements and processes from stakeholders.
- I am knowledgeable in SAP Best Practices and new innovations in S/4HANA (e.g., RPA), with familiarity with OpenText VIM and basic knowledge of integration products from SAP (e.g., SAP DRC, MDG, BTP).
- I possess excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- I have exceptional communication skills that allow me to explain S2P processes in S/4HANA to stakeholders at all levels.
- I have strong analytical abilities and proficiency in using data to make informed product decisions.
Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for reviewing business requirements during the building and testing phases for Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, and Credit Memos processes.
- I will analyze the current S2P technology infrastructure and align it with the business strategy for Indirect Procurement & Invoice to Pay processes.
- I will develop and maintain the SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrations.
- I will define and enforce SAP solution standards and procedures.
- I will manage and mitigate risks related to SAP solutions.
- I will guide and mentor a team of SAP Consultants.
- I will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all business segments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the internal transformation process.
Description
I play a critical role in overseeing the SAP S4/HANA global implementation ("Digital Core" program). I will lead the S2P DT team in ensuring that deliverables and testing are provided with quality and on time throughout the transformation process. As a Senior S/4HANA Expert, I will support stakeholder engagements and deliver S2P solutions while collaborating with Common Edge and Systems Integrators (SIs) focusing on key topics such as Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, and Credit Memos. My leadership will be instrumental in achieving our company’s transformational objectives, ensuring that implementations run smoothly with the appropriate level of risk management, controls, and security rigor.
