Requirements
Must:
- I require profound knowledge of testing management, including performance test processes and standards.
- I seek candidates with experience in gathering non-functional requirements for complex, large SAP transformation projects.
- A strong understanding of the S/4HANA product roadmap is essential.
- Candidates should be well-organized, with experience in setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring tasks, summarizing data, and effectively communicating across various stakeholder groups to ensure clear ownership of activities.
- Attention to detail is necessary, along with the ability to coordinate with the Test Factory and external partners.
- I value a team player attitude, a desire to develop professional skills, and a proactive, development-minded, and goal-focused approach to work.
- Excellent documentation, visualization, and presentation skills are required.
- Experience working with System Integrators, Business Integrators, and third parties is a must.
Responsibilities

- In the realm of Strategic Leadership & Governance, you will define, develop, and own the enterprise-wide performance testing strategy aligned with the SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap and associated satellite system integrations. You will establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies for performance testing across multiple teams and vendors, ensuring that performance testing objectives align with business priorities, compliance requirements, and overall quality goals. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate performance testing seamlessly into the development lifecycle and continuous delivery pipelines.
- For Reporting & Analysis, you will prepare and present test reports and analyses to stakeholders, providing insights into the quality of the SAP Landscape. You will ensure the integration of performance testing tools and results into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Deployment) pipelines and reporting frameworks.
- Experience with testing tools (such as Tricentis NeoLoad, JIRA, SNOW, eCATT, SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, or Cloud ALM) for test management will be a key part of your role.
