Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have:
- An IT background with at least 3 years of experience in ERP/SAP Development, Implementation, or Transformation projects in a coordinating role.
- Profound knowledge of testing management, including performance test processes and standards.
- Experience in gathering non-functional requirements in SAP transformation projects.
- An excellent understanding of the S/4HANA product roadmap.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in effectively setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, summarizing data, and communicating across various stakeholder groups to ensure clear ownership of activities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with the Test Factory and external partners.
- A team-player attitude, a desire to develop new professional skills, and a proactive, goal-focused mindset.
- Excellent documentation, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with System Integrators, Business Integrators, and third parties.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and influencing skills, along with the ability to succeed in a team environment.
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities
In the role of Performance Test Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the enterprise-wide performance testing strategy aligned with the SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap and satellite system integrations. You'll promote governance frameworks, standards, and policies for performance testing across multiple teams and vendors. Additionally, you will ensure that performance testing objectives align with business priorities, compliance requirements, and overall quality goals while participating in cross-functional collaboration to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle.
- Coordinating the data for performance KPIs and expected results in collaboration with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and application owners. You will plan and coordinate performance testing activities with the Performance Test Lead and Test Factory, executing load tests and supporting teams with timing and system requirements.
- Partnering with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE), communicating clear criteria for when and how load testing services should be leveraged by project teams. You will facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment between the COE, project teams, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement.
- Overseeing the adoption and standardization of Tricentis NeoLoad as the primary performance testing tool and promoting best practices for performance test design, execution, and analysis.
- Collaborating with program management, business process owners, infrastructure teams, and IT leadership to communicate the performance testing strategy, progress, and risks. You will present workshops and governance forums to align expectations and promote a culture of performance excellence while providing guidance on performance testing.
- Identifying performance-related risks impacting system stability, scalability, or user experience and working with the Performance Test Lead on mitigation strategies. You will monitor testing KPIs and metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Preparing and presenting test reports and analyses to stakeholders.
