Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of customer support experience within financial services
- Strong technical capability and ownership in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
- Experience delivering first and second-line support, including onboarding new customers
- Strong understanding of support processes and adaptable approach
- Solid hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments
- Knowledge of common scripting languages to help automate processes
- Background in financial services, especially around Market Data or Order Entry
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Nice to have: Networking fundamentals
- Nice to have: Deployment management
- Nice to have: Foreign exchange (FX) markets
- Nice to have: Messaging protocols (particularly FIX)
- Nice to have: Technical writing/documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support to customers
- Onboard new customers effectively
- Support existing users with strong understanding of support processes
- Collaborate with the team to improve and automate processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Unix/Linux environments
- Assist with integration of scripting solutions into existing frameworks
- Maintain a proactive approach to customer support
- Adapt to customer needs and changing environments
- Continually enhance skills in modern infrastructure and financial market connectivity
