Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of customer support experience within financial services
- Strong technical capability
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
- Experience delivering first and second-line support, including onboarding new customers
- Strong understanding of support processes and adaptable approach
- Solid hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments
- Knowledge of common scripting languages to help automate processes and integrate into existing frameworks
- Background in financial services, especially around Market Data or Order Entry
- Excellent communication skills and proactive, customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support to customers
- Onboard new customers effectively
- Assist in expanding our global support footprint for core products
- Work collaboratively within a team to resolve customer issues
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies related to financial markets
- Contribute to documentation and technical writing as needed
