Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a candidate who possesses strong experience with Dynamics 365, particularly in the Finance and Operations (F&O) modules. Exposure to Customer Engagement (CE) and Human Resources (HR) modules is also beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of associated technologies, including Azure, and a proven track record of producing accurate and precise documentation.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to provide ongoing support following our recent system implementation. You will primarily focus on the F&O modules of Dynamics 365 as the system becomes fully operational. Since some sites have recently gone live, it will be essential to prioritize queries based on the urgency of business requirements.
