- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
- Ability to produce and interpret financial reports
- Knowledge of KPI development and dashboard analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Produce profitability reports and insights
- Conduct KPI and dashboard analysis
- Prepare sales commission reporting
- Generate monthly management reports with variance analysis
- Support the development of a 5-year rolling plan
- Report on key operational metrics
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives
