Requirements
Must:
We require a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Authorisation and Security. You should have extensive experience in SAP Security, including expertise in architecture, Segregation of Duties (SoD), access request reduction, and role design simplification. Proficiency in SAP Security for both on-premise and cloud environments is essential. Effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, are crucial. An SAP certification in security or related areas is a plus. We prefer candidates who have familiarity with SAP GRC and experience working in multinational team environments. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience is also required.
Responsibilities
As an SAP Security Lead, you will be responsible for delivering SAP Security services to users via our managed service partner. You will manage SAP user accounts and access across both on-premise and cloud systems. Your key responsibilities will include demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of SAP Security architecture, security authorization design, and integration across on-premise (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAC) and cloud SAP environments. You will conduct thorough SoD reviews, identify conflicts, and develop remediation strategies to ensure compliance and security. Additionally, you will implement strategies to optimize SAP access request processes through automation, and collaborate with business stakeholders to simplify role design and implement effective Business Role Management strategies. You will also develop and maintain a robust SAP Security model that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and conduct regular security audits to assess compliance.
Description
In this role, you will create comprehensive documentation of SAP Security configurations, role designs, authorization processes, and security models for both on-premise and cloud environments. You will support the deployment of Roles and Authorizations as part of the S/4 Hana rollout projects, manage support activities via third-party and external consultants, and create a security concept in an SAP FIORI environment, including catalogs and groups. This position is based in Uxbridge, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office, with a salary of £75,000 to £80,000 plus benefits.
