Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Provide IT Asset Management & Finance Admin Support.
- Manage contract management for IT services across European entities.
- Process monthly IT costs and perform month-end processing activities.
- Create monthly budget vs actual spending analysis reports for management.
- Create purchase orders and check and approve invoices to ensure procurement governance is followed.
- Prepare monthly reports according to the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) method.
- Ensure all contracts are signed and up to date for outsourced software and services.
- Manage hardware, software, and cloud asset lifecycles.
- Maintain accurate asset records aligned with financial and contractual data.
- Support license compliance and audit activities.
- Track asset ownership, location, status, and usage.
Description
We are excited to offer a new position for an IT Asset Management & Finance Admin Support in Bracknell, Berkshire, where youll work three days a week in-office. This role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a Governance and Compliance team responsible for managing Pan-European IT budgets and financial reporting related to software, services, projects, and hardware. We value your contribution to ensure the success of our IT projects and services while gaining insights into our entire European IT operations. The compensation for this role is £300-£325 per day, inside IR35 via Umbrella company.
