Requirements
Must:
- Strong foundation in modern engineering best practices, including automated testing and continuous delivery.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js (including Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind).
- Experience in backend development using .NET Core (C#) and exposing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with databases like Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of infrastructure using AWS (ECS with Fargate) and provisioning using Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitHub Actions.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on delivery, product thinking, and engineering quality.
- Help define and deliver user-facing features that address real problems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders from the idea phase through to release.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software across the stack.
- Improve our ways of working and coach a growing team.
- Contribute to technical decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and tooling.

We are a rapidly scaling, cutting-edge hospitality platform based in Manchester City Centre, seeking a senior product-focused full stack engineer. This hands-on role involves designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software, while taking ownership of project outcomes. We appreciate that great engineers can learn, so while you don’t need to be a specialist in every language or tool, a passion for building user-facing features and a commitment to engineering excellence is essential. This position offers a salary of up to £70,000 plus benefits, with the flexibility of 2 days per week on-site.
