Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with degrees in Networking and IT Security, Software Engineering, or Business Information Systems. Recent graduates seeking experience in a busy IT Support team are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in guiding users through Office 365 and providing Cloud Support is essential.
- Hands-on experience with laptop builds, imaging, and configuration is required, along with familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, app deployment, and policies.
- I need individuals who can diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly and efficiently.
- The ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for hardware (laptops, mobile devices such as iOS/Android, and peripheral equipment like printers, docks, and headsets) and software (including common Office apps, network, and cloud-based applications) is a must.
- Candidates should perform account and access management tasks, including password resets, MFA setup, and managing permissions.
- I am keen on applicants who are eager to gain exposure to and support other areas of the business, including Finance, HR, Operations, and more.
- A commitment to delivering a consistently positive experience through clear and effective communication to all users (customers and team members) is essential, whether the request is technical or non-technical.
Responsibilities
- I will rely on you to be the first point of contact for business support activities across a wide range of tasks.
- You will provide general support and liaise with line managers and third-party vendors, which will encompass 40% of your role, while the remaining 60% will focus on providing technical IT services.
- Your proactive and customer-focused approach will ensure high-quality support for all.
