Technical Support and Warehouse Coordinator

- Take ownership of preparing, configuring, and dispatching networking equipment to our customers. - Order and coordinate delivery of preconfigured equipment and networking equipment for broadband services, ensuring compatibility with specific access technologies (e.g., SoGEA, FTTP, FWA, etc.). - Test all devices to ensure full functionality and reliability before dispatch. - Maintain detailed records of configurations, serial numbers, MAC addresses, and shipment tracking in approved systems. - Follow standardised setup procedures and liaise with the IT/networking team to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements. - Track inventory levels for routers, SIMs, and associated hardware to avoid stock shortages. - Organise timely and accurate dispatch of configured equipment to customers. - Ensure all items are securely packed, correctly labelled, and accompanied by the appropriate documentation. - Coordinate with couriers or freight services to ensure reliable delivery. - Track and monitor shipments, updating internal systems and communicating delivery status where necessary.
