Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who has a strong background in modern engineering best practices. You should have a solid foundation in automated testing, continuous delivery, and the development of scalable software. Familiarity with our technology stack is preferred but not mandatory; we believe great engineers can learn new tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Frontend: React.js (including Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind)
- Backend: .NET Core (C#), exposing RESTful APIs
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB
- Infrastructure: AWS (ECS with Fargate), provisioned using Terraform.
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions
Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software while contributing to the practices and culture of our wider team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example in delivery, product thinking, and engineering quality.
- Defining and delivering user-facing features that solve real problems.
- Collaborating with product, design, and stakeholders from idea to release.
- Building scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software across the stack.
- Improving ways of working and coaching our growing team.
- Contributing to technical decisions regarding architecture, infrastructure, and tooling.
