Requirements
Must:
- Organised and detail-focused
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and systems
- Good problem-solver who can dig into issues and follow them through
- Able to work with different teams (ops, finance, IT, vendors, etc.)
- Experience in inventory, document control, or similar is a bonus, but not essential
- Commitment to being on-site in Erskine, 5 days a week
Responsibilities
- Support inventory management and monitor aged WIP
- Collaborate with TRC delivery leads and inventory controllers to prioritize and investigate issues
- Address any blocks in inventory movements to facilitate progress
- Assist with monthly recycle forecasts for Finance
- Monitor batch jobs and rectify discrepancies such as sync errors
- Identify system issues and coordinate with IT for resolution
- Manage documents on SharePoint, including technical writing and administration
- Prepare for and support internal and customer audits
- Ensure documents are accurate, organized, and up to date
- Provide backup support for vendor operations and queries
- Assist with buyouts and general vendor processes
- Help coordinate recycling consignments and maintain proper records
Description
We are seeking an Inventory & Document Control Support person for maternity cover, located on-site in Erskine. In this hands-on role, you will work with various teams to ensure smooth operations across inventory, document control, and vendor operations. This position is full-time, requiring a commitment of 5 days a week. As part of our team, you will gain exposure to diverse aspects of our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
