Requirements
Must:
- Good soft skills/communication, both verbal and keyboard

- Proficient problem analyzing and solving skills
- Previous experience with a Service Desk tool, preferably AskMe (ServiceNow)
- Fundamental working knowledge of IT principles, hardware, and software
- Good understanding of Windows 11 and 10
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and 2016
- Experience with Google Suite, including Gmail and Drive
- Knowledge of InTune, Azure, Webex, and Landesk is beneficial
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Smart, professional appearance for customer-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and provide first-level support on Service Desk calls
- Create detailed service desk calls in AskMe (ServiceNow) tool
- Monitor and chase resolver groups, keeping users informed of call progress
- Build/rebuild workstations to company specifications
- Manage asset, including deployment and collection of IT equipment
- Provide basic user training for new starters and new equipment
- Assist users with IT equipment location moves around the site
- Engage in project work such as application rollouts and audits
- Handle day-to-day Service Desk activities including managing emails, calls, chats, and walk-ins
- Stay informed on IT activities, changes, and outages
- Attend team and company meetings, providing training to develop skills
- Adhere to Environment, Health and Safety policies
- Support company events when required

Our role involves responding to various incidents, requests, and project work related to supported computer applications and platforms.
