Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in IT technical support or field-based roles
- Experience with troubleshooting 1st or 2nd line enquiries
- Proficient in O365 and Windows 10, including servers 2016/19
- Familiarity with firewall security
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Experience with core networking systems (routers, switches, WiFi backups, VOIP systems)
- Basic knowledge of CISCO and DNS/DHCP
- Valid drivers license and access to a car
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our core sites in Glasgow, Scunthorpe, and Burton
- Manage and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, touchscreen, and internal telephone systems
- Collaborate closely with the IT manager based at the Burton office
- Maintain and support networking systems
- Handle service desk tickets via our JIRA system
- Ensure all requests are addressed within agreed SLAs
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and certifications
