Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in a SaaS, banking or fintech environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to drive product roadmaps aligned with strategic growth plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap in alignment with the businesss strategic growth plans
- Take ownership of key product areas and ensure successful delivery
- Shape the product vision, design, and development
- Ensure that product launches meet agreed timescales and deliver excellent user experiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes for clients
- Participate in ongoing product improvement initiatives
