In this role, you will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients. You will analyze market data to shape strategies that address competitive pressures and evolving customer needs, staying informed about emerging technologies and industry developments. You will collaborate with senior management to design and implement business development strategies that support our overall company goals. Introducing new products and services, along with developing opportunities within existing brands, will be part of your responsibility as well. We expect you to generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events while managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate forecasts. Establishing and maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships is critical, as is understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, achieving revenue targets and performance KPIs. Collaboration is key. You will partner with marketing, inventory, and back-office teams to align our business strategies and improve the customer experience, while also providing valuable market feedback to support product development.
