- We need someone who can provide technical support during integration and maintenance periods, including out-of-hours support when required.
- We value a hands-on approach during releases and integration periods.
- We are open to candidates with relevant professional experience; salary is negotiable based on location and provisions for more flexible working may be available.
Responsibilities
- We will rely on you to support continuous system improvements across the business.
- We will expect you to provide technical support to internal stakeholders and the wider business.
- We will need you to act as a trusted architect and infrastructure expert for Epicor-related solutions.
- We will expect you to develop and maintain system integrations and design solutions.
- We will need you to work across finance, supply chain, and production modules within Epicor Kinetic.
- We will expect you to integrate Epicor solutions with third-party applications and systems.
- We will require you to support releases, integration activities, and maintenance periods.
- We may ask you to provide out-of-hours support during critical implementation or maintenance windows.
