Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT technical support, ideally 1st or 2nd line level
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of O365, Windows 10, and servers 2016/19
- Exposure to firewall security
- Ability to problem-solve effectively
- Experience with core networking systems (routers, switches, WiFi backups, VOIP systems)
- Familiarity with JIRA for managing service desk tickets
- Knowledge of CISCO and DNS/DHCP is a plus
- Access to a car and ability to be onsite 5 days per week
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve 1st and 2nd line technical enquiries
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and the IT manager
- Support the technical estate including touchscreens and internal telephone systems
- Manage service desk tickets through the JIRA system
- Ensure requests are responded to within agreed SLAs
- Assist with networking setup and maintenance as needed

Our new role offers the opportunity to build a fully functional IT specialist team to support our core sites in Glasgow, Scunthorpe, and Burton.
